I had my hair highlighted here and I really love it! I am sure going back there. Thank you Glory for the good job.

I came in as a walk in and Golry took me as a last minute which I thought was nice. I showed her a couple pictures, styles I liked and she said no problem, then when she cut my layers it was like a cookie cutter, and the layers are unevenand choppie, not at all what I wanted and when I asked her if she would do a little face framing she said no, she said I'm done get out of my chair!!! My hair was still damp, no blow dry, so I walked out not knowing how my hair really looked, I have wavy hair so I'm trying to style at home and it's not working at all for me. I did leave a message asking for a refund so I can get it fixed somewhere else, hopefully they call me back when they open.

I went in to ask if they could do something to my hair and I was told by the lady speaking with me she would not do it and when she asked another stylist they said it would take multiple times to do it and it was very discouraging. I was hoping they would come up with other options I could go towards or tell me I could come in and maybe discuss other options with an appt but it felt I was a bother to them and all I got was how it wouldn’t work. May be good for others just not me.
