Gave me a V instead of a straight cut, the girl also caused me breakage and split ends.. they also cut my hair WAY too short though i asked for 1 inch ? they gave me about 3 inches and they could even cut it right..

Looking for a Glam-Spot you must stop here. Mayra is amazing. Her patience and attention to detail makes here AMAZING! Her staff working with her also very efficient. If you need to call she will answer. Show a picture or just tell her what you want and she will get it done. She takes her time to make sure your hair is perfect. She colors hair, does highlight, cuts and or treatments all perfect. Straightening your hair do it with someone who cares how you look. If you come once you will never leave. The price is reasonable. The finish product is gorgeous. I have been a customer for many, many years more then 4. Since someone recommended me to here I never went anywhere else. Thank you Mayra and he staff. 🥰.

I am very very very disappointed on how they treated my husband's aunt when my mother-in-law took her. My mother-in-law called to let them know they were coming they told her to come and left her sitting in the front and also skipped her.. that was not nice she waiting for over an hour... the employees took advantage that the boss was on vacation and neglected the customers. That is not professional and Nice. (The excuse was that they didn't do short hair cuts... like whatttt.... what hair salon doesn't do short hair cutsss)

All I asked for was a wash , blow dry and straighten for my young African American daughter and these incompetent women put a relaxer of some sort in her hair , pretending it’s a “deep conditioner “ .. All her natural curls are gone . Hair is BONE STRAIGHT after another wash , weeks after her service here . Hello owner of the building , IF YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF DOING DIFFERENT GRADES OF HAIR THAN YOUR OWN PLEASE ADVISE CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF TAKING MATTERS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS . You’ll be hearing from my lawyer .
