Let me just say—DO NOT overpay at the hotel salons. This place is a hidden gem and an absolute wow! I was greeted with coffee, then treated to a relaxing head massage and hair wash. From there, my hair was styled two ways—braided on one side and pin-straight on the other—and it looked amazing. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating, even working with me despite my limited Spanish. I can’t wait to schedule again the next time I’m in town.

woke up and decided i needed a break from my curls and after looking at many places i finally decided to try Mayra’s and let me just say it’s the best thing I could’ve done. the min i walked in i was greeted with smiles and was quickly able to go straight to the chair. the lady who washed my hair gave me such a great and relaxing head scratched while washing my hair and did exactly what I asked for when it came to my rollers. i was then passed down to Mayra who styled my hair exactly the way i wanted it too. i asked & she delivered word by word. my experience was a 10/10 and I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! Myra, the owner and stylist, is absolutely amazing. She’s warm, professional, and truly talented at what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. My hair has never looked or felt better! The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has such a relaxing vibe. You can tell Myra really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling beautiful and confident 💗

It was lovely! Me and my sister both got blowouts and immediately were taken care of. Felt homey , they offered coffee and their services were well fast paced. 10/10 will be back 🤗

Walked into this hair salon and was greeted by such nice people. I was looking for a quick ready to go hairstyle while I was on vacation and couldn’t find any other places near the Broadwalk. so I was really glad to find this one. I showed them a few pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and let them take care of the rest. I wasn’t exactly sure what service I was getting, but I trusted them and just let it happen lol. They use a lot of heat, so if you’re concerned about damage keep that in mind. But the result was really good my hair looked super neat just like I hoped. Overall a fun and interesting experience. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you!
