I had an amazing experience at Mayee Natural Hair. Keesha was so sweet and incredibly gentle with my hair throughout the entire appointment. I received interlocking service and she was very patient, thorough, and attentive to detail. She made sure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing along the way. My hair looks neat, healthy, and beautifully maintained. I truly appreciate her care!

The energy in this shop Is amazing! From beginning to end was a wonderful experience from the wash bowl to the dryer sitting with my feet propped up! Munching on a complimentary snack! I got a retwist and style wash included. Prices are very reasonable and I received so many compliments on my hair. I most certainly will be returning for my scheduled appointment next month. It saddens me to write a negative review for a Black woman–owned business, but I want to share my experience. I was referred to Mayee by a friend/co-worker because she does great work finishing microlocs. My first visit cost about $320 for a retie, even though the original quote was $185. She explained the increase was due to new growth. I paid it and even tipped because I loved the results. My next visit was at the regular price. When I tried to schedule a follow-up, I needed a weekday appointment since weekends were booked and I’d just started a new position at my place of employment. I ended up canceling once because I couldn’t get off work, but I kept communicating(3 weeks after that initial appointment) Through constant communication, I eventually booked for September 26, 2025.I si
