Here I go again to leave a bad review. I was there yesterday before they close. I signed up to get service, I waited and waited for the manager to start my eyebrow. But, all she did was talk about her private life with a couple that she gave service for and done paying.... Goodness! To the female manager, please, take care of your customer that is waiting first!

I was looking for a new spot to get my eyelash extensions (and possibly a new place to get my eyebrows done as well) but I don't think I'll be giving this place a shot with the amount of mixed reviews. Alongside with how some of them explained they've had cuts after what is seems like an eyebrow threading/waxing.... And after seeing how the owner handles these complaints as well in the review section... Seems a bit defensive/ (was going to say condescending, but I dont think thats the right word for this. but more like they weren't so empathetic to the customer's concern) when issues arise. Doesn't look good on ya'll when new customers like myself look at your reviews before making an appointment... literally all ya had to do was take it at face value and see how ya'll can do better next

All of the ladies are awesome. They all do a wonderful job.. very courteous and kind

Do not go there for “party eyelashes “ , they fell off after an hour. I went back and she made a comment about using permanent glue. The employee had no clue what she was doing. I now have glue stuck on my eyelid . All attempts at removal have failed with all known products. Half of my real eyelashes are gone. The owner responded all angry instead of apologizing for her incompetent workers ! Stay away

I always go here and the ladies are super nice. I went while pregnant and after so I’m always told how my son is and so on. I never had a problem with my eyebrows. I think they do a wonderful job.
