This nail salon is an absolute disaster. I can't emphasize enough how terrible my experience was. First of all, they didn't provide several of the services that were clearly listed on their menu. It's false advertising at its worst. More than likely due to the fact that they are ridiculously slow. But the real nightmare was the excruciating 4-hour wait I endured, only to be subjected to a rushed, slapdash job. It was as if they were trying to break a record for how quickly they could get me out the door, sacrificing any semblance of quality. To top it all off, they had the audacity to pressure me into tipping for this abysmal service. Tipping should be earned, not coerced. I've had better experiences in a dentist's chair. Save your time and money—avoid this place at all costs. One star

This place has very bad Customer service. They didn’t want to accept me, I only needed one nail fixed and they said they didn’t want to do my nails. I said I’ll pay any amount I just need my nail fixed asap because I was going out. I asked why are they refusing my service and they just kept saying no we aren’t doing one nail. What type of nail salon can’t fix one nail??? They told me get out or they will call the cops on me. Call the cops on me for what when all I did was ask why are they refusing my service. Worst all I walked in and they didn’t even greet me. The lady asked me what do I want instead of saying hello or how may I help you. Very rude and racist!

Always late and not enough staff. Be prepared to wait long for 1 person to do acrylic nails and only 1 person for manicure/ pedicure.

Horrible customer service. The lady at the entrance was rude and disrespectful. I walked in and while I was choosing a color I asked if they sold flip flops since I was unprepared for a pedi, I was trying to kill time while waiting for my Car to be serviced. She said no, then I said is there anywhere near here that sells flip flops, she told me to leave... so I put the color down, told them they have terrible customer service and she said “yes yes” and walked out. Never to look back. The location is very dated and doesn’t look very hygienic. I’m glad I walked out - could have walked away with more than just a pedi (fungus or something).

The Owner of this Salon is offensive to people of Color. She does very good work but often will ask you to get out of her chair if someone European comes in. She refers to them as her customer, as if you're getting a free service. Although I tip handsomely I have been turned off by her mistreatment. I would never go there again.
