A true hidden gem. Hands down the best Head SPA in the PNW. Atmosphere: Clean, spacious, and ultra-relaxing. Service: Excellent scalp detox followed by a neck/shoulder massage + washing. Highlight: The hot towels treatment over the eyes. It’s the perfect gift for Mother’s Day or birthdays.

I booked the 60-minute package and had an incredibly relaxing experience. I noticed a huge improvement in my scalp, and the massage was excellent. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. One small thing to note is that you may leave with your hair not completely dry, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. I would definitely recommend it!

There are definitely pros and cons. I’ll start with the cons: 💔 I noticed they had coffee and different treats with drinks, but none of that was offered or even mentioned. When the lady started the massage, she was a bit hard on my head. During the process, she asked only a few questions to check how I was feeling or what would work best for me. At the end, I even had to brush my own hair because she said she tried but couldn’t manage it. She also decided not to fully dry my hair. When I waited for my sister, no one even said goodbye to us — we just left in silence. Now for the pros: ❤️My hair felt softer afterward, the timing was on point, everything was done efficiently. This was my fourth time visiting Lily May Spa, and I can honestly say I’ve loved it every single time! Every visit has been a perfect mix of relaxation, pampering, and peaceful vibes. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with such warmth and calm energy—it instantly sets the tone for a perfect spa day. The staff is always so kind, professional, and attentive to every little detail. All their treatments are amazing, everything is done with care and quality. I always leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and totally spoiled. It’s become my go-to spot for a little “me time” or a girls’ day out. Had such a wonderful experience here yesterday. Was seated to receive a scalp exam as soon as I walked through the doors, even though I was 10 minutes early. The environment is very calming and peaceful. The coverup you dress into was warm. The treatment was very thorough and my hair felt super soft and glossy. I did have to wash my hair again because the oil they added into my hair made it very greasy and my hair just looked wet. I appreciated the time they took for everything. The bed was cozy and not at all hard. They put a heating pad on your stomach and also a warm eye mask, and a soft pad to go under your feet. Overall great experience, and will definitely be coming back again. They addressed all of my needs. And my scalp is no longer itchy or flaky
