May african hair braiding

I’ve been coming here since 2019 and I am always satisfied with my hair!! And I live in Fond du Lac/Oshkosh, Wisconsin just to travel to Milwaukee. May is very friendly and accommodating to me, she is always willing to try new styles and variations!!! I have cut my hair really short in the past and she is able to braid it perfectly. I’ve had Spring Twist, Senegalese Twists, Box Braids, Micro Braids. Knotless braids. If you want your parts a certain way like triangles or squares for braids and hair added for a boho style just let her know right before she begins braiding. I really enjoy coming to May African Braiding shop. She is so patient and careful with how she does your braids or twist! I appreciate her and she even helps you if u are a little short on cash! Her work is neat and professional! May genuinely cares for all her hair clients and I NEVER had NOT ONE Complaint Ever! I hope my son continues to go here as he grows up, she like family and please give her a tip she deserves it! 💕❤️

The owner was shown a pics of what style I wanted and I also discussed it with her at the beginning of my appointment. She just did whatever style she wanted without discussing it with me, saying she couldn't do it because of my hair type, that fine, but she should have told me that at the beginning of the appointment and let me choice something different. Also, as I'm taking done my hair I have several of my braids that don't have any of the boho on them, also several of my braids are thick and the some thin. She also it on her phone and that fine because she uses a headset but she talking very loud and it on the phone for almost the whole appointment. She also several times pushed on my hair rudely.

May did my braids for my birthday and it was amazing. She provided the hair great experience. I will be going back again.
