Kristen was absolutely amazing! Being a complete newbie to Botox and other injectables, she took the time to explain everything so clearly and patiently. Her gentle touch really made a difference; even though I'm no stranger to needles (thanks to my tattoos!), this was a completely different experience. I was expecting it to be uncomfortable, but she made it so smooth and comfortable, and the whole process went by so quickly. I'm already planning my next visit in a couple of weeks for a lip flip and some other touch-ups, because I'm so thrilled with the results and how fresh and youthful I feel.
