I love this store. They are so friendly and very helpful. They always greet you and make you feel welcome. I’ve noticed people say the employees watch you and are Racist I can guarantee you that that is not the case. Some are married to black men so let’s not run with that Narrative. I think people feel like that because they have a lot of people working at once on standby to help you when you need. I will always be a loyal costumer as long as they are in business. Thank you ladies and gentlemen

I got tricked. Came here to buy contact lenses. I ended up picking two pairs of lenses and got a bunch of other things. I was set on only buying one pair and told them i dont want the ones i gave her to put back. She put it to the side and as i was looking away at a product next to me she added the lenses back and into the bag. Disappointed because I did not want to spend that much money & thought that the items i got were just expensive. I trusted that she put it back. I feel weird & sad that they did this because they were really nice to me the whole time & i thought i was leaving a happy customer. I didnt notice until i got in my car and checked my bag. Not coming here again. ( you guys could have at least added the contact lens case back in as well since now i am left with only one cas

I started going here when it was by T-Mobile years ago, but it has changed when in their last week to give them a second chance she told me her niece and her brother-in-law are African-American and just buy my stuff and be quiet. I politely put everything back and walk out of the store please do not patronize them. They do not deserve our money. Shop else wherever

Came from out of town stopped by and heavily watched they only are more customer like to familiar faces

DO NOT go here!! This is the absolute WORST beauty supply I have ever been to. Not only do they stalk and watch you as you are trying to shop, they are also way overpriced and they are rude! No customer service skills what so ever. I have never in my life shopped at a beauty supply that caters to majority black hair and have been treated the way I did there. They only want our money but treat us like we shouldn’t be in there when all the products they have in there is for black people. Go to Vallejo!! Diva’s, Glamour, Beauty Influence. Anywhere but here!
