Miss Paula was a GOD SEND! We took our son Thomas a very active, very emotional 2.5 year old for his first haircut. I wanted to keep it long with layers like a surfer/hockey player look. He was beyond freaking out screaming, kicking and crying just trying to have him sit with me. I was about to give up as he was so distressed and myself as well- we stood over playing with the toys. Miss Paula tip toed over and starting cutting his hair while he was playing trucks! She was SO patient & talented at cutting a moving 2 year old’s hair! It looks better than I even imagined and she made his first hair cut experience one to remember! THANJ YOU!

My wife and I have been taking our son to Max& Mia since he was 9 months old. Everyone there is very nice. Paula does a 10 out of 10 job every time and couldn’t ask for a better hair dresser. She is patient and a pleasure to take to, strongly recommend!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon! I brought the children that I nanny for a few times and not only are the hairstylists extremely sweet and PATIENT, but the whole process is very quick, which of course is ideal. The front desk is always very kind too.

My son loves seeing Paula- she’s always warm and welcoming of his silliness. And gives him a great hair cut! He looks forward to going back every time.

Diane at the Hanover location is an amazing person. My son is on the spectrum and haircuts have become a challenge for him. She was patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire ordeal. I so appreciate her. 💕
