Max & Company

I LOVE Max! She's a truly great human being and an EXPERT in her craft ! I've tried going to other hair dressers only to have that" oh no... better go this fixed" kind of situation.. soMax I can rely on to make my hair look great every time- so much so that I drive in from another state to still get my hair done by her! Also not to mention- she is a master in health supplements so I can chat with her about health while I enjoy a great hair cut! - Recommend to anyone!

Being generous with 3 starts but over the years from when they were in north Catasaqua as just men and catty cuts to now as Max & Company in Coplay things really changed. I've been going here for my hair cut easily over 6 years...and now as Max & Company I've finally resorted to just going somewhere else after numerous headaches just trying to get a men's cut here. Walk-ins are advertised as welcome yet I've always been turned away since only one stylus is ever working it seems. And getting appointments you have to schedule usually a few days out and when you work long hours that's something not just practical. The hair cut I always walked out with I will admit was perfect each time. Sadly it's the only saving grace from rating it a 1 or 2 star. The customer service has really diminished

I've never been so poorly manhandled while getting a haircut in my life! 11 hours later and my scalp is still throbbing in pain & neck is sore. She used the wrong type of comb for someone with spiral curls & somehow managed to make more knots in my hair, yanking every one like I was a ragdoll. Got water sprayed in my ears. Got the hair dryer blowing/burning in my ears. Burned my neck with it twice. And my 7 year old son could've "styled" my hair better without any frizz!! I'm highly disappointed.

Max & Company is clean, fun and friendly. It's not just about a great place for cut, color, tanning and waxing. It's also a wonderful place to getting healthy. Beauty on the outside is just part of it but staying healthy in the inside is also key. Ask about beauty in the inside and how to get healthy with Maxine. Say Randi sent you ☺️
