I started personal training with Ben in July of 2025 and the picture I’m sharing with my results so far speaks for itself. When it comes to lifting, I’m the type of person who needs someone else to push me to my limits, even when I may fight it, and that’s what I get with Ben. I’d never lift the way I do if I were just going to a random gym by myself. The structure I get here is key for me. I also love the atmosphere of this gym—everyone is so kind and supportive. There is nothing but positive energy and a genuine desire to see everyone succeed in their own way. I can’t wait to see my progress after another 6 months.

Max Athletics has been very good for me. I’m 78 years old and Ben has designed a workout that fits me! We concentrate on my lower body to strengthen my legs and back. I have really enjoyed the process Ben takes me through.

I have been working out MAX Athletics For almost a year now. My personal journey there has changed my life for the better. I have never been one to work out regularly in my entire life. Ben is it an intelligent and motivating instructor. Someone who I can truly call my friend. I always feel like I am walking into say hi to my friends and not some strangers at a gym. Looking for a trainer? Go with Ben! He will push you hard, give you tips on eating and keep you accountable to working out. I have been training with him for 2 years now. One of my favorite things is he really makes me warm up before working out …. 11 athletics is a great gym, tons of equipment with a great spin room. I highly suggest you give him a call!
