Hailey was absolutely incredible! I was a little nervous going in because I’m blonde and super particular about my tone, but she listened to every detail and made me feel so comfortable right from the start. She was extremely knowledgeable, took her time during the consultation, and made sure she fully understood what I wanted. Throughout the whole process she was so sweet, constantly checking on me and offering drinks, and you could really tell she cared about getting everything perfect. Elana is a master stylist and she has truly transformed my blonde hair. I moved to the area over 2 years ago and found Mavo and stylist Elana. I trusted her with my hair as I know it lifts quickly and can be a challenge. She has been doing my partial highlights and does an amazing job with the natural dark blonde I like to achieve. She has never had an issue with my hair lifting quickly, and I never experienced any damage. In fact, she recommended many products and conditioning treatments and has brought so much life back to my hair. Her suggestion of adding a root shadow also helps hide my gray areas.
