Highly recommend Matt's on Mendon. I've been going to Matt's for years now, have had several barbers at the shop and always appreciate, value, and enjoy my experiences there. It's a comfortable environment and you are always met with friendly and welcoming faces. Finding a new barber is always an anxiety producing experience, especially when you have challenging hair to cut. For me with curly/wavy hair, I've had a number of terrible cuts at numerous shops, so coming to Matt's and having the positive experiences I have consistently had has been very meaningful. I also love how easy making appointments has become, for those like me who hate to pick up the phone, there's now a mobile app that you can book from. I’ve been getting my haircut by Matt for over 15 years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my haircut. The staff there are incredibly professional, friendly, and truly meticulous with their work. Every cut is consistent, clean, and done with attention to detail, they take their time and make sure it’s perfect before you leave the chair. What really sets them apart is the atmosphere. You’re always welcomed like family, and they genuinely care about their customers. Even though I have to travel over 25 minutes to get there, it’s absolutely worth the drive every single time.

When I needed a barber moving from California I was fortunate to find Matt’s. 10 years and 2 kids later, I am still going. Our entire family has used Matt’s and we enjoy the friendly atmosphere, professionalism, cleanliness and true dedication and pride Matt and staff take in delivering the best haircut. My two sons have been getting their hair cut here since they were 5 and 4, and Matt has always made us feel completely at home. He’s fantastic with the boys, takes the time to talk with them, and I always enjoy our conversations while we’re there. It’s truly a great experience for our whole family every time we visit. And on top of that, the haircuts are always sharp, clean, and top-notch. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and would highly recommend!
