Matthews Salon Spa Cazenovia

Traveled to Cazenovia from Chicago and decided to get a haircut and Matthew’s was a local salon that I decided to try. I booked with Kate and she did not disappoint and left looking fab for an old lady. Kate is just fabulous and I fully recommend her to cut and style your hear. Thank you Kate.

Matthew is the best! The only one in 70 years who knows how to cut my hair. Nice guy, as well.

Me and my girls got our hair done at Matthew’s Salon the morning of my wedding and we were all so happy to have had them right in town! At first, we had too many girls to all be accommodated the day of but Matthew’s salon worked to make a schedule and added more stylists in to make sure we could all be accommodated which was so great of them! My hair took the longest with an up-do but looked incredible when it was all done! The girls there were all so nice and made everything run smoothly and kept us all on-time! Would definitely recommend going here for any of your styling needs!

I booked an appointment one month in advance, because I have to take time off work for the appointment. I received confirmation of the appointment when I made it, and then the week of the appointment I received three confirmation text messages and an email confirming my appointment. When I got there I was told "she decided to take the rest of the week off, sorry!" I was not called, I did not receive a text message... nothing. I took the day off work for them to have me drive in and be turned away. I do not recommend. They are highly unreliable.
