1 on 1 personal training at its best. Extremely clean and knowledgeable staff. The personal trainers are great and know their stuff for getting in shape both in and out of the gym. Complete dietary plans, and exercise routines are available. The kickboxing team has an extremely nice and helpful environment for beginners and children to foster what is needed to start moving with the fighters on the team. Great place, highly recommended.

I’ve trained at several gyms in the area, and this is the best place to learn and train Muay Thai in Buffalo. No other gym is as committed to each student and pays as much attention to detail and technique. Coaches are passionate and dedicated to the art. If you show up and work, you’ll learn. Same goes for all of the experienced students. Quality and heart!!! 11/10

This is BY FAR the best gym/spa I have ever been to. I have been going here for 4 years now. From my wedding nails, to getting me first place in my first bikini competition, I trust JoAnna and Tony for everything. Since coming to this gym, I have never been happier with how I look in the mirror, even after having a baby! HIGHLY recommend trying it out!

Absolutely love this gym. I highly recommend to anyone, of all ages. Five stars! The nail salon is gorgeous, welcoming and Joanna's work is wonderful! She also offers waxing which is SUPER convenient. Five stars for the spa as well! Best place in Buffalo!!!
