Matou African Hair Braiding

I went to get my knotless braids done on the 6th I spent 200$ today is the 8th I’ve wrapped and tired my hair for the 2 nights and this is how it looks after 2 day. I called 2 and asked is there something that we can work out. I would have rather be satisfied and not posted a bad review but the women told me that I I can not blackmail her I could go ahead and post a review obviously. These people do not care about the customers satisfaction is all about the money, if I were you I would no choice this place to go to. They also has went viral on Facebook from a argument between 2 of their workers they are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

I went here and got my hair done for my wedding on 04/24/2017. When I went to take my hair down a month later I had to cut my hair at the base where the braid began because my hair had locked. It was sooo matted I couldn’t take it apart. After 5 hours of trying to detangle it, I ended up having to cut it all off. Fatima braided my hair with pink hair lotion, she wet the strands of my hair and then braided my hair. I kept smelling something, and when I realized what she had done it was too late. I don’t know what was truly in the bottle but pink hair lotion should have never been applied to my hair. I did not ask for it, nor did I want it. I love these chics! They do great work. But they have a beginner in there and I wouldn’t want her doing my hair until she perfects her abilities. The other chicks are awesome tho. I watched 4 of them do excellent work!

I was visiting from out of town and I really wanted my hair done, and had trouble finding a shop to do my hair. I was recommended to this shop and the lady who did my hair did an excellent job. She was very professional and took her time doing my hair and it came out perfect. This is somewhere I would definitely come to when I come to town.
