MASTERPIECE lashes|brows

I absolutely loved my experience at Masterpiece! I have very sensitive eyes and was nervous about the lashes irritating me / the process being too much. But it was incredible. Process was so relaxing and I loved discussing the shape, weight, feel and look of my lashes beforehand. When I was done, I was so relaxed and my lashes were just everything. I felt so beautiful. I will go back again and again. Can’t recommend enough!

I'm so sad to write this review 😪 I love coming to this place after a year of doing my eyelashes. However, I think there staff might be over worked. I won't mention names because maybe ill go back. But the last time I went my eyelashes weren't properly sealed. The "girl " I shall not name put on a blower from above completely missing my left eye. When I mentioned it - we fixed it. But by that time I only sat under the blower for 8 secs....tops. And what happened... I developed an allergy. My eyes were swollen next day. I think they need more help. Its been evident they are booked. Also; we get 15% off for writing a good review. So yeah 😔 unfortunately. Im going to have to go somewhere else. So sad!! Beware of allergies! And always seal. The lashes look great! Way better than any lashes I’ve ever had done elsewhere. They also last pretty long for me, and they really talk through and figure out the best for you. My one eyelid is apparently heavier than the other, so to make the lashes look even they put longer curls on one part of the one eye so that in the end they look better. Things like that, I’ve never known or figured out with the other places. They look so natural, yet so vivid that I feel greater and brighter-eyed and am now don’t really need eye makeup! I love it. Eva is my technician. She’s very thorough, and I love my moment of peace every month!

I’d never gotten a lash lift before, but I took a chance and made an appointment with Masterpiece one week before leaving for my wedding. I’m so glad I did because my eyelashes looked incredible for my wedding and honeymoon! It also lasted two months, which I wasn’t expecting. I loved it so much that I’m going back to get them redone.

The best lash studio! They really take their time to make sure your lashes are perfect, and the studio is so calming + cute. I was commuting to UES for a year after moving to Greenpoint, and finally decided to try somewhere local. I got a lift + tint and it lasted so long and looked so natural -- love this place!
