Master Nails

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my life. The woman was extremely rude and grabby. She put the wrong color on my nails and when I said something she took it off and pushed my hand away telling me “I don’t have a blue color”. I’d give this place zero stars if I could.

I did a full set of healthy nails for the first time at this place. It wasn’t busy so I didn’t have to wait. It was just a man and woman that worked there on a Friday afternoon. The lady did a great job!….but I asked her if she could put a decal or sticker on 1 nail that I brought with me, before she put on the top coat. And she said $5. I said even if I put it on myself before you put on top coat? No…$5 per nail even if you bring. Then she says you go on Amazon and buy Gel nail polish to put on yourself when you get home. I said well do you sell the nail polish, I’ll buy from you instead and she said no. The very next day, one nail cracked so I went in and asked the same lady if she could repair one nail and how much. She said $10! $10 for 1 nail repair! Mind you I have short nails and wa

They gave me exactly what I wanted and the staff was extremely friendly. I’m not sure if it was the massage chair but I felt very relaxed the entire time.

I have been going to Tom & Hillary’s nail salon for over 12 yrs..when it was Perfect Nails and more recently as Master Nails. I enjoy their friendship, the quality of work they do and materials they use and the cleanliness of their shop. They have always gone out of their way to use the most up to date equipment and use of ventilation systems that keeps the smells to a minimum. I would not go anywhere else.
