Master Nails & lashes

I booked an appointment online after I was gifted a Groupon. I was able to get in quickly for eyelashes. I had read really good reviews about the work done here. The place is your standard nail place with a small box on the back corner for the eyelashes. Everyone was super friendly when I walked in for my appt, and they offered me water. I had to wait for about 10 minutes until Sarah was done. After she rang out the customer she had me follow her back to her box/working area. It looked like a standard waxing room but a bit more cluttered, definitely not what I expected going in. It didn't feel like the most hygienic spa like experience I had at another lash place but she did good work. Sarah was friendly, sweet, and most importantly good at her job. It was my first time visiting for some birthday nails. Haven’t felt connected or genuinely happy with a set of nails in years. The communication was great the prices were great. She was so polite and executed my nails just how I wanted them.

I have been going to Sarah for almost 10 years now and she does great job all around. Nails , lashes, pedicure. Where ever she goes I go a long with all of my people! Her staff as well is so welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable and wanting to come back again!

First time client for eye lash and mani/pedi - I brought me and my sisters on a random but high standard expectations AND this place has definitely met my place! I love the staff and efficiency/service and the result of our service. I can’t wait to come again :)

Horrible nail job. Nails are chunky and not what I wanted. They deleted my previous review but I sat there getting my nails done for 4 hours getting them done. Not waiting for someone to help me but getting them done. They yelled at me when I tried to tell them I did not like them. There’s peeling of one nail and chips off gel polish on the others. I wanted coffin nails and the only nail that looks like a coffin is my thumb. I would not recommend going there
