The team at Master Cuts delivered exactly what I needed. They gave me a fantastic cut that minimizes the balding and gives me a much more contemporary look. This was my first time at the shop and I wish I had started going when they opened 3 years ago. Beautiful shop with a warm and welcoming staff. I had seen a picture of the haircut I wanted but couldn't find it again on my phone. The ladies at the front spent at least 20 minutes trying to find a picture for me. We finally found it and they set me up with Eric. I explained to him what I wanted and he did a great job on my hair. Very meticulous and great attention to detail. Before he did anything he asked me if it was okay. I was offered a variety of beverages and had a nice cup of coffee. Couldn't be happier with this shop and definitely returning!

Sam is the man. Master Cuts was the first barbershop I tried after moving to Bay Harbor, and they were so good I’ve been a regular ever since. Sam (the owner) is friendly, meticulous, and delivers a clean, precise cut every time. Great vibes, great service — highly recommend.
