It’s honestly always hit-or-miss with this establishment. The ladies that I've met are always super friendly and welcoming. The first time I went, everything went flawlessly. She adhered to my request to enhance my arch and clean it up, and I was so pleased and satisfied that I left a tip, too. The second time could've gone better, it was just heavily rushed and the only thing different was that my unibrow was gone, my eyebrows still looked messy and I was disappointed. I would recommend this place to someone ONLY for the convenience and if there are no other choices available for threading.

I should have listened to the negative reviews. I went in unplanned, relying only on the positive ones, and unfortunately, the bad experiences people described happened to me as well. When I arrived, there was only one customer in the chair and one waiting. I asked how long the wait would be and was told “just 5 minutes,” which seemed surprisingly quick — and it was. Once in the chair, I expected the stylist to draw or show me the shape first so I could approve before anything permanent. Instead, she immediately started cutting without confirming. When she finished, she simply asked, “You like it?” But at that point, the damage was already done — I couldn’t say no because the hair was already removed. Decided to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time, here at Master Brows. She did a great job! Quick and nearly painless, and for an unexpectedly low price. Would recommend.

Went here today for the first time, had my eyebrows drawn on to show the shape and size I liked. They took all my natural shape away and made them so incredibly thin. My engagement party is this weekend and I’m sitting in here tears. I would recommend a place that knows how to properly shape eyebrows, unless you’re into the thin 2000’s look.
