One of the most effective massages I’ve had! I walked in limping from a recent foot injury and Katie worked with me to find the affected tendon and reduce the pain. By the end of the session I was able to put weight on that foot again. She was also super focused on loosening the muscles in my legs and back, which had become been really tense after a couple of days of limping. Communication and hospitality were great too!
