I scheduled a 1 hour massage last month. When I showed up, the place was closed. No one called me till the next day to apologize. The first person offered $30 off my next introduction massage. The second person who called to apologize offered me 1.5 hour massage. Today I went for my massage and was charged the full price of $80 . The guy behind the desk was extremely rude. He even stated that in my records it shows a discount for $30. When i asked him why I didn't get my discount, he said I did, i got the intro rate, which on the website is $79. I said shouldn't you take $30 off that and he made up some excuse. Even if you charged me the regular rate that is on the website it states $100 less the $30 comes to $70. Spectacular staft, office manager Shannon an absolute treasure, she will always ensure you get an appointment that meets your schedule, best for last, Lorraine and Harold, due to my schedule I'm unable to see Lorraine, but she took care of me post neck surgery 2018, I'm unable to thank her enough for getting me back to feeling like I never had surgery. Harold has been an absolute GODSEND, he has a massage treatment for what ails you, I can't count my blessings that he has an open appointment to meet my schedule.

Go somewhere else! The massage therapist was ok, but the rest of the experience was terrible. I had a 60 minute massage gift certificate . I called to say I'd be late. The receptionist told me no problem, come in. By the time I was on the table the masseuse told me I would only get 30 minutes because she had another appointment. When I came out to the desk she took the 1 hour certificate for the 30 minute one & said because I was late. If she had told me that on the phone I would have rescheduled. Then she said I owed them $10.00 because the price went up since my son purchased it, which was within the year. My gift certificate was for a 1 hour massage, not a monetary amount. DON'T GO HERE! Any other place would be better... rip off!
