Nice and clean establishment. A warm welcome but a great deal of electronic paperwork to wade through before starting. I was told that I would have a particular practitioner, but ended up with somebody else without advanced notice. He was competent but not gifted. This is a bread-and-butter chain of Massage Clinics and if that is what will satisfy you, feel free to use their services and become part of their club. If you are discerning (and I’ve had thousands of massages around the world ) it is precisely as advertised: average. I very much object to an extremely aggressive tipping policy, whereby at every turn and on every surface, a notice is shilling out “Tip Recommendations ” and at checkout, yet another verbal plea for tips.I find this offensive. Massage Lux is really wonderful! The people are very friendly and you know just very, very good rapport all the way around and then my massage therapist was excellent as well. Highly recommended.

My wife got me a gift card for my birthday. First time I have had a facial. The staff was very accommodating. Zoey was excellent. At the end my wife combined her membership with myself. I also got to try the hydro massage which was also excellent. I would highly recommend anyone to join MassageLuXe Spa👍👍

I have been a member of Massage Luxe since 2015. I had many therapists during the last ten years and all of them have been great. Roxana has been my massage therapist for the last couple of years. She is always cheerful and very kind. She does an excellent work on my body and knows the areas that need to be work on. I had a mole surgery on my back and she was able to work around the area making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I always recommend Massage Luxe to my friends. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Rose provides a very tranquil massage. The thing I liked best about her is that when she asked my preferences in the massage, she listened. Very focused and professional.
