Good service and a nice place overall. The massage therapists and estheticians were very professional and did a great job. The only downside was that the experience felt a bit sales-oriented, from the front desk to the technicians recommending additional services. I also think it would be better to allow customers to decide the tip amount themselves rather than having pre-calculated tips based on service time and requesting the tip at the front desk. Otherwise, the service itself was very good.

Five stars all the way! From the moment we walked into Massage Luxe, the atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and welcoming. Everything was spotless and clearly well cared for, which instantly put us at ease. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We had set up for the couples massage. The therapists were truly on point; listened to our needs and delivered amazing massages that felt customized and effective. We also got to try the HydroLuxe massage chair, which was such a cool and relaxing experience on its own. Originally, our massages were a gift from my mom, but the experience was so good that we ended up signing up for the family plan, bonus we can use our membership at any participating Massage Luxe. That alone says it all

I had such an amazing facial here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. My esthetician Arezoo was super knowledgeable, explained every step, and customized the facial to my skin’s needs. My skin felt incredibly clean, hydrated, and glowing afterward. The space is clean, relaxing, and overall such a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

Michelle, gave me an excellent massage. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and she educated me on the various types of massages and their benefits prior to starting our session. 5stars. This was a gift from my wife so I believe their prices were fair but I didn't make the purchase.

I had my facial with Arezoo about three weeks ago, and I’m still glowing. She is truly amazing at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel so comfortable, cared for, and welcomed. She has such a kind presence and genuinely takes her time; nothing ever feels rushed. My skin has never looked better. She really paid attention to what my skin needed and you can tell she’s passionate about giving the best results. And the shoulder massage she gives while waiting for the mask to set? Heavenly. It was honestly one of the best parts — so relaxing and thoughtful. Arezoo is the sweetest soul and an absolute professional. I highly recommend booking with her, you won’t regret it!!
