Lady at front desk is pleasant. Gage the therapist was very cool guy, talkative. Complaint deep tissue was no pressure as some others mentioned, I needed pressure on knots and barley felt pressure on injured hammy. I did get it from Groupon and they will try to pressure more deals however just pay w one Groupon. Overall decent experience, would I go back? No, maybe if the front desk lady convinced me. I went to Massage Luxe on Monday for a facial and had a great experience. A friend got me a gift card so it was my first time trying this place out. I think the esthetician’s name was Nicole. She did a wonderful job. It was very relaxing and my skin looked and felt great after. I have sensitive skin and rosacea and she took the time to check the products and was sure to be careful about what she used on me. It was a great experience and I am looking for to going back.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. This establishment deserves no business, and the employees I encountered today were the most disrespectful, degrading, and unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with. I called around 1 PM before purchasing a Groupon. The first girl I spoke to confirmed they had availability at 3 PM and asked me to call back in 10 minutes with the Groupon code. When I called back, she was suddenly “on break,” and another employee picked up. That employee then told me my account was “flagged.” I politely asked why, and she read a note that was completely incorrect. I explained that I am a victim of identity theft, have a police report, and can provide proof. She said the first girl would call me back to resolve it — no one ever called. I called again at 2:33 PM.

This location is very shady in their business practices and should not be trusted, as they do not honor gift vouchers. It seems they don't understand what the text in their fine print Groupon vouchers mean. I was gifted a massage via a Groupon voucher and they refused to honor it stating I had already visited the location a couple times. They were rude, unhelpful, and passive, the opposite a massage pallor should be. Their reasoning is that a customer is only allowed 2 lifetime Groupons at the Palm Harbor location, yet it doesn't officially state that anywhere in print. They kept saying that the fine print on the vouchers in Groupon's verbiage and not theirs, and they don't need to honor it. Here is what the text on the voucher officially states: -Purchase: Limit 1 per person, may buy 1

I tried to cancel my membership due to an injury with a fractured hand and going through intensive occupational and physical therapy. They refused to send me an online form to cancel. I live two hours away. They told me that you can only cancel in person or sending a certified letter to confirm identity. Well that’s news to me that a certified letter confirms identity but I sent it in. Let’s see how long it takes them to process it. Other similar locations allow to cancel on line. This place puts up unreasonable obstacles to cancel with a broken hand—it’s not easy to write or type a letter! Total scam to get you to pay the monthly dues.
