My visit here was absolutely amazing. It was extremely clean and the ambience was amazing. I actually enjoyed my time with Margarita (massage) and Telisa (facial). They both were super great, I also had the pleasure of meeting Mikel who took great care of me. Because of my interactions today I actually signed up for the membership. Totally worth every dime and they have such a great deal.

Been a member since 2020 and have not had an issue, until today… I took PTO today for my appointment. Showed up at 8:50am for my 9am appointment and still no one there to open up the store. Other therapists and clients were also waiting for the store to open . At 9:40am people arrived and the store opened but systems were not working correctly. Who knows when the store would be up and running correctly, so I left. My therapist, Jamila who was waiting outside was extremely professional, apologetic, and did everything to make things right even though it was NOT her fault. She even spoke with other clients to apologize and try to make things better. She actually cared rather than be flippant and take the easy route of saying it’s not her fault. Mistakes happen, but it’s what businesses do to

I really enjoyed my facial with Brenda. She was punctual and knowledgeable. She took her time examining my skin and making recommendations. She was a great conversationalist and easy to talk to as well. I felt relaxed and my face felt so refreshed afterwards. This is my 2nd facial with Brenda. I already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend her!

I had a deep tissue massage and It was such a great experience with Margarita. She hit the right spots and made me stress free. There was such a sense of relief and felt amazing after my massage.

I've been a member over 10 years and never have bad experiments. As always I prefer female therapist but Larazo is wonderful. Feel like a new person afterward
