Very poor customer service. I called to schedule a one hour standard massage as listed on the gift card I received. Was told that it was only good for the monetary value of $55, which is not listed anywhere on the card or the gift card holder. Was told that anyone could have wrote the value in and they usually leave it blank. My response was, why would a business leave the value blank so that anyone could fill in what they wanted? I went on to mention that maybe their reviews were a reflection of their business practice in which I was hung up on. Extremely unprofessional way to handle business.

I’ve been to EVille Massage Lux multiple times. Today, I booked a last minute appointment. Marlon is by far the absolute BEST!! Extremely professional and attentive! Following my massage, Marlon returned to give me stretching exercises that I can do while I’m traveling for work! He is definitely a 10/10!!!

Toni is a great masseuse! She’s fantastic at deep tissue, and my body feels so relaxed after the massage. The only thing that I would have appreciated more was consistent information on how gifting a massage works on the epic membership plan. It was initially explained that there was no guest fee (actually $20) & that it was a 3 month interval to invite again vs 6. These are details that I had a difficult time locating online. Therefore it was conflicting information that I received initially verses when I paid, but it was a minor confusion to an otherwise great experience.

My wife's experience here was not very good. Context: She had bought a buy 1 massage get 1 massage free deal for the holidays. Several things were bad. #1: The first time she went, they asked my wife to fill out an information form and this took 15 minutes. This ate into her appointment time, so the massage was only 45 minutes. Why not do this after so it doesn't impact the appointment time? It's not like this is some medical clinic or a hospital. It's not that serious. #2: They questioned why she didn't want to give her email when she did fill out the form to send promotional material. When my wife said she just didn't want to do it, they made a stink of it. The first massage was good she said, but then... #3: When she arrived for her 2nd massage they AGAIN asked her to fill out a f
