⸻ My husband and I purchased a family membership because we both genuinely enjoy getting massages and were hoping this would become our regular spot. Our first visit was great. Unfortunately, during our second visit, we could clearly hear therapists who were not working with clients talking loudly in the hallway. It was disruptive enough that my therapist stepped out to ask them to be quiet. The noise continued. I addressed it with management afterward and was told it would be handled. We returned again this afternoon , hoping the issue had been resolved. Sadly, it was not. During my massage, coworkers in the staff lounge near my treatment room were talking, laughing, and even watching something on a phone with audio loud enough to hear clearly. Austin is a knowledgeable and capable therapist. We have developed a relationship where I'm able to explain issues and he addresses with appropriate therapy. Great therapist!

I will say if you need a massage the Cape Coral location is where it's at. However they advertise a one hour massage but you DO NOT get a one hour massage. You're lucky to get 45 minutes even though they clearly advertise as a one hour massage. I am often cut anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes early. HOUR massage and ask you to "Look Over" sign and initial. I've complained in the past about being cut early and was told that was unacceptable and was even given a complementary hour. However, when I mentioned it today, I spoke with a Sammie who told me it's in the quote "policy/print" that I am only to get a 50 minute massage and was told it was so they could go over my forms and for me to get dressed. Edit: Be cautious when getting gift card specials. We bought a BOGO offer and specifically asked if we could pay at the time of service to upgrade from a 60 to a 90-minute. We were told we could which is why we purchased the gift cards. That is not the case. We were told the amount we paid would be applied to the 90-minute so we still owed $130. This is no reflection on the massage therapists. We were just felt this was this was not what we were sold. Original Review: We flew in from out of state and looking to get a massage while on vacation. They got us in right away for two 90-minute massages. Reuben was very professional throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful which made for an even more enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever. Signed up for a membership program they did a promotion on, specifically asked if I could cancel after the first month. When I went to cancel they told me I could not cancel my membership until I was charged for the second month and then would not let me get the massages I paid for for the first month! Don’t waste your time at this place
