My therapist is excellent. However, the person at the front desk, who says she is a manager, has been extremely rude and off-putting on more than one occasion. Last week, I went in for a scheduled appointment. After getting there, I was told I had nothing booked. I booked my appointment well in advance and had a confirmation. The customer service was absolutely missing in this encounter. I had another appointment for a couple of days later, only to receive terrible treatment by the same individual. It has been so bad that I cancelled my membership.

I've been coming to Massageluxe for a long time (Since before COVID). I come here for the one therapist who does an exceptional job. There is nothing else remarkable about the facility or the staff. And during the construction times, if I didn't have regular appointments with the same therapist, I would not have come back as the construction noise was pretty bad. My issue today is, I called in with less than 2 hours notice because my appointment was at 9 AM and I woke up with substantial chest congestion, thinking it wouldn't be right to get people there sick. But that consideration was met with a "no-show without 2 hours notice" charge that is the equivalent of $180. So my incentive is to go in anyway, even if I'm sick, so I get the value of my money. They really need to do better. I’ve been to this location a few times, and each visit gives me another reason not to return.. this one may be my last. I called the day before our appointment and specifically requested two female therapists for both myself and my mother. Later on I called again to see if I could push the appointment back from 2 PM, I was told that 2 PM was the only time two female therapists would be available, so I decided to keep the original time. however, when we arrived, two male therapists had been assigned to us. My mom was fine with it, but I declined and was unable to receive my massage. They did offer two complimentary add-ons, which was a nice gesture, but I came for a massage.. not just the extras.
