Massage, Yoga, and Personal Training with Bruno Treves

I've been working with Bruno on Foundation Training for a couple months, and it has been incredible. I had an back injury 6 or so years ago, and it started a whole cascade of aches and pains and seizing, and loss of core strength and flexibility. Foundation Training with Bruno has made all the difference -- he is very knowledgeable. He read my posture, listened to my body complaints, and put together a set of exercises tailored to my issues. I am honestly a little stunned at the improvement in a just a few months from doing some simple exercises with Bruno's guidance. My core is definitely stronger, but also more flexible. I am able to do movements that I thought were no longer available to me because of loss of flexibility. I don't feel any twinges when sneezing. I don't wake up in pain,

I worked with Bruno for personal training (virtually) and found him kind, thoughtful and extremely valuable. He is experienced and very intentional about understanding your needs and listening to your questions and experiences. I was amazed by how carefully he picked up on alignment details over the video- and really appreciated the followup he shared after each session. Definitely recommend!

Bruno has a beautiful and calming Spirit. He is an excellent yoga and meditation teacher and does deep massage work Excellent mental and physical health for himself, family, friends and clients are his priorities! To push your Spiritual, emotional and physical limits further, I highly recommend.

I have had two hour long massages from Bruno Treves. He did a fantastic job, he was able to pinpoint specific problem areas and work on them. I felt very relaxed at the end of it and felt it was helpful in relieving tightness of muscles and tension. I also came to a yoga class that I really enjoyed!
