Yiyi provided an outstanding and very professional massage experience. I arrived with significant lower back stiffness and ongoing pain, and she was attentive, skilled, and thorough throughout the session. By the time I left, the tension was noticeably reduced and I felt relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The environment was calming, and the care she provided made a real difference. I would highly recommend Yiyi to anyone looking for effective, high-quality massage therapy.

Worst chair massage ever! Shame bc they used to be good.

I just left here. I did a quick 30 minute chair massage, which was $35. At the end I go to pay and the girl who did the chair massage made it clear she wanted to be paid in cash, that was fine I had the cash. I gave her $40 and was waiting for my change with every intention of giving her $10 as a tip but instead of giving me change she looked at the $40 and immediately said "what no tip?" I was shocked at that point I pointed out that the price was $35 I gave her $40. She scoffed and said "okay". Her attitude at the end lost the other $5 she was going to get (I had a $10 bill on me she was going to get but didn't have any 5s) and lost any repeat business she was going to get from me. Ridiculous.

The service here has gotten extremely poor! When I first came in, there was no one at the desk and after ringing the bell, someone came and told me to come back in 15 mins. This same person was also on her cell phone while giving a massage to another customer in the chair. My 45 minute massage was painful and when I mentioned to the lady the pressure was too hard, she acknowledged me and adjusted the pressure, but not even 5 minutes later she was back to full force. She also would stay in the same spot for an extended amount of time which would cause more pain to the area. She did more of pinching motion then gentle pressure and I had to correct her. Multiple times during my massage she completely stopped the massage, I assume this was to check her cell phone because she did not continue w

Great massage but after a 30 min (35 dollars) massage I gave him 40 and he said there is a minimum for tipping. There are no signs that say that, and you can’t understand really what they are saying. I gave him the last 5 in my pocket (50 at this point) and walked away. I could find a better massage place for 50 dollars. SKIP this place!!! I’m also informing management
