His understanding of myofascial release and body mechanics goes far beyond a typical massage. He’s been helping me prepare for a personal ultra event and his sessions have made a huge difference in training, recovery, flexibility, and confidence. He’s also just a genuinely good person who listens, pays attention to detail, and adapts each session to what your body actually needs that day. Whether you’re training for a big event or just need to move and feel better, I can’t recommend James enough.

He’s the best of the best! James is a skilled and intuitive massage therapist that takes your specific requests into account and builds a massage session around that. He uses so many different techniques to get the tension out, including his tricked-out massage table with all of its many settings. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Thanks, James!

James was great! I was having trouble moving my neck and He worked on my neck until it was almost normal again. He also showed me how to work on lymphatic drainage on my own. I highly recommend James!
