I had my first appointment with Lauren this morning. I was skeptical at first as I've had MT's in the past who did not apply enough pressure to be effective and I felt as though I was wasting my money. I have been suffering with severe shoulder and neck pain and have tried many different treatment options with little to no relief. I left my appointment feeling SO much better. I will be booking with Lauren regularly!

I have had many massages in my life. Nothing compared to Lauren. Her attentiveness to my areas of issue, her knowledge of bodywork, and the ambiance were unmatched. It was relaxing AND healing. She read my troubled areas of my body and worked on those so fluidly and expertly. I cannot say enough accolades. If you’re tense or sore- or just need to treat yourself to relaxation, you won’t be disappointed.

Can’t express how amazing I felt when I left the studio. Relax and invigorated at the same time. It’s been over 24 hours and my muscles still feel loose. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the mood is relaxing, and Lauren is without a doubt a skilled professional. Do your body a favor and go book a visit with her. You won’t be disappointed!

Lauren is an amazing massage therapist! She really has the skills and puts everything into giving a thorough and healing massage. Her knowledge of physiology is exceptional. She is a real treasure!
