Massage & Spa (Westfield)

I don’t always write a review, but felt it wouldn’t be fair if I didn’t do it today. Booked an appointment for a massage today at this place using a Groupon. One of the best massages I ever had. Ivy really works hard and tried her best to work on tension areas. I came out feeling refreshed. The rooms are very clean and the people friendly. No pressure or sales talks for their services nor asking for tips as like at some of the other places. Would definitely go back again.

What an amazing massage! I rarely get a massage with posting about, but Ivy changed that. She was professional and attentive to details. She worked out the knots in my neck, shoulders, and back LIKE A BOSS! I've gotten massages from high end places where people rushed you in and out with alarms ringing and being told ok your time is up, but not here. I believe she took pride in her work. Although this may be considered no frills place, it is 5 star worthy. I'll definitely return!

I loved it!!!! I used to be a massage therapist myself & well, let’s just say this exceeded my expectations!… I got paired up with Ivy & she did EXACTLY what Ive been needing! I recommend everyone to book with her, she knows exactly how to navigate your body & treat all of your tension areas. My only regret is not booking for 90 minutes, 60 minutes with Ivy is not enough time.

Great relaxing therapeutic massage. I felt like butter! Ivy was very professional. This spa is awesome she took her time and did not rush like other chain massages spas. Would highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back

This place is shady. I booked an appointment for a couple’s massage and the woman on the phone told me they only accept cash. The price for a couple’s massage on their website is $100, so I brought $120 in cash to account for a tip. When I arrived, the woman at the desk told me that the couple’s massage was actually $120 and charged me up front. The service was not listed on their in house price sheet, however every other price was the same as their website. At the end of the massage, the woman asked about her tip. When I told her that I had only brought $120 in cash because the service was listed a $100 on their website, she pulled out a credit card machine and told me I could leave a tip on my card.
