I’ve been dealing with severe muscular/skeletal related headaches for over 3 years straight. PT helped a little but not enough. Chase was so kind and professional and gave me a simple stretch to do once a day for my shoulders/wrists. I started doing it while I brushed my teeth, 1 minute each arm. I noticed my neck/headaches were much much better after a few months & that was the only thing that changed. So I really focused on different types of shoulder stretches and started paying attention to my shoulder and what it’s doing in everyday tasks, especially at work. Just from this one stretch, he planted the seed for change in my daily life that cured my severe tension headaches that plagued my life. Anyway, I trust him with my life now. 100000/10 recommend

We followed Chase when he left a massage “chain” in Sugarhouse- he’s great for a relaxing massage or super knowledgable if you have specific pain or knots (usually do!). Also, recommend the 90 minute sessions vs 60- it’s worth it!!
