First appointment at 9:30 on a Monday morning, four clients all walked in when the doors opened. Check in was very efficient and no one was kept waiting more than a couple minutes. Since it was my first visit. I filled out a one page form describing my massage experience and what my needs were. Good start because I had shoulder surgery last fall and still working out the stiffness. Sasha made me feel very comfortable and I had 50 minutes of firm and very target muscle massage. I’ve had 3 deep tissue massages from Sasha and she’s amazing! Best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting them for over 20 years. I have severe arthritis and deal with a lot of back, neck, and shoulder pain. Sasha focuses on those areas and has been able to loosen up those muscles and alleviate pain. I’ve never had someone focus on my lower back like Sasha has. I’ve said my lower back is sore and received a few minutes of work there, but Sasha takes the time to really work my lower back muscles. Sasha was excellent. I did a 60 minute therapeutic, which was amazing with a 30 minute foot reflexology add-on. I have suffered with plantar fasciitis and knots and adhesions and she worked diligently to work them out. It was a tad uncomfortable for the moment while she was doing it, but I feel like I have two new feet today. Excellent job. Very good communicator (pressure) while she’s working.
