I highly recommend Thomas at Massage Modalities for deep tissue massage. I had a stubborn knot in my calf that Thomas treated and within 2 visits I was able to return to running and my other activities. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.

Thomas is fantastic. As a personal trainer, I can get pretty sore. Thomas finds and relaxes the muscles that are sore. Tight calves, Thomas has fixed it. Sore back, Thomas has fixed it. Professional is an understatement. I highly recommend going to Massage Modalites in Greenland and visit Thomas, he's great!!

Thomas is incredible at both massage and assisted stretch. If I go in with back pain, he's able to find the source and help me to understand why I'm hurting, and then bring me out of pain. Better yet, he gave me stretches to do at home so I can continue his work while I'm at home. Book an appointment with Thomas you'll be so happy you did!

Great place! I saw Thomas for a massage and he was awesome. The room was clean and quite, the entire facility was nice. Will be back.
