Massage Max

This place is GARBAGE. There is usually only 1 person in there. You can never get a 1 hour massage because they make more money with the 30 minute massage. Then they also hassle you over the tip. So if you give them 15 bucks they tell you that's not good enough. 🤣 make it make sense! They need more employees and ones that dont hassle you over a tip. 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve been going to massage max for a while now, and it’s consistently an amazing experience. The massage therapists are skilled, and always accommodating to my needs. Whether I need deep tissue work or therapeutic session, they tailor it to my needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience.

As of three months ago I've been going to Massage Max about every two weeks for therapeutic massage to deal with a sciatica and hip issue on my left side. Angie is the one who has helped me, and the results have been very good. My issues have improved quite a bit. She is a very accomplished and experienced massage therapist. I highly recommend it.

I have now had 5 massages at the new Massage Max in the Shenandoah Plaza. I am frequently in the area and since I have a major back issue, I try to give myself the pleasure of a weekly massage, as I find that a good one provides great relief from my normal daily pain. There are, as with everything, good massages and some not so good massages, but my experience with the Max has been that both the therapists have greatly exceeded my expectations with each of my visits. I had my first massage the1st week of May, just after they opened, but before doing a review, I wanted to go back several times to insure that I was giving an accurate review, for I take reviews seriously . The massage wasn’t too bad. It was worth the cost. The staff not so professional. I don’t enjoy my time being interrupted to have conversations. I’m trying to relax. I also left a 20% tip on a 1.5 hr massage and they asked for more and couldn’t believe I was only leaving 20%. I don’t mind tipping more but I didn’t get any special above and beyond treatment.
