This review is for their “Gold Waterless Gel Pedicure” service only. Location: Not the best, to be honest. And it was kind of hard to find. You have to go into the center of the courtyard and follow the signs there. I didn’t see any signs from the parking lot. Facility: Very clean. A bit small but I didn’t expect much. The pedicure room seems a bit cramped. There are two big massage chairs in a small room Service: It was indeed very relaxing. And my nail tech was nice and respectful the whole time. It was just not a good pedicure lol. They did mention it’s a newer service so maybe it will get better but my toes do not look good. It’s uneven and parts of my toe nail is missing polish. This place is the definition of Instagram v reality. A complete bamboozle, it’s honestly amazing how there are not more reviews on how big of a scam this head spa is. While nice, the service providers are not cosmetology certified or capable of a blow out. You will not walk out of here with any new knowledge of your scalp or service. The bowls with the “halo” are attached to a bucket that they wheel out of your service. The water had an odor and while you get to lay there with the semi cold water cleaning your ends, you also get to hear the water trail into the water bucket the entire time. Afterward, your soaking wet hair Is put into a clip then immediately started to be blow dried. The smell of your hair burning isn’t the worst of it. 3/7/26 I paid $650 for these services and the quality did not reflect the price at all. The blowout was essentially someone just blow drying my hair with no real styling. The facial felt extremely basic, using cleansing pads and inexpensive brushes, and the massage did not feel professional. Honestly, it felt like something anyone could step in and do. The head spa was also very poor and nothing like what is advertised online. Don’t let the website fool you the experience did not match the images or the $650 price point. I would not recommend coming here. The website is so nice, it's nothing like … please take my word. it's cheap anyone can blow dry your hair. Over a month ago, I received a prenatal massage as a new client. I was really excited to book this session and was considering signing up for a membership, especially since Massage Envy hasn’t met my needs due to high turnover. Unfortunately, my prenatal massage was honestly a waste of money for this type of service. The therapist was really nice, but her skills definitely needed improvement with prenatal therapy. Looking back, I realize I should have asked for proof of certification and years of experience before booking. However, as a new client, I trusted the company to book me with the right person. had the most relaxing experience here! I got a facial with Aimee and she took amazing care of me from start to finish. The shoulder, neck, and hand massage was honestly the best part, I walked out feeling brand new. I also booked a head spa treatment and it felt soooo nice. I’m definitely coming back soon. Highly recommend!
