Chloe has such a calming voice, a peaceful spirit, and magic fingers to get into those pressure points to release tension. Save yourself the headache — avoid this place. Getting an appointment felt like a scam in the making: Groupon voucher code and credit card info required just to book? Never seen that anywhere else. I scheduled a 90 minute massage and was charged over 200.00 for what felt like a massage from my 6 year old. I literally felt like they hired the young man from the chic fila next door. This young man could not be trained to do professional massages and at the rate they are charging, they really need to have licensed and EXPERIENCED massage therapist. I would have ended my treatment if there was a polite way to say no thank you while you are in the middle of a massage.

My wife and I cancelled our memberships today. Been going to Massage Heights since 2013. After my massage today they told me I owed $18 because my therapist is a premium therapist. Never heard of this before. Never notified of this new policy. Sounds like we go to a premium therapist and the other ones are the cheap/crummy ones. We love our therapist but we will never give them another dime because of this crazy pricing game.
