Massage Heights Sherman Oaks

I received a birthday gift for a massage and facial, and it ended up being a really lovely experience. Booking was simple, and the reminder beforehand was appreciated. The front desk team was kind and welcoming, and I even got to relax in a massage chair before my appointment. My Swedish massage was calming, and Alyssa made me feel comfortable and cared for the whole time. I do not usually get facials, but I am glad I tried one. I got helpful advice about keeping my skin hydrated, which I really needed. The atmosphere, music, and overall feeling were peaceful and refreshing. It felt like a perfect bit of self care, and I left feeling relaxed and grateful.

I drove 30 minutes each way for this appointment and I'll be back without hesitation. Carida was amazing, she really focused on my knots and tension (and there was a lot) and didn't just glaze over them like other therapists at different places do. It's also a beautiful place and smells so nice.

I’ve had memberships at Burke Williams and other places but massage heights makes you feel special. It’s zen, clean and you feel comfortable for your specific needs. Love Laura and Ebony. The owner is very attentive as well.

Nice customer service when you book. Feel bad giving 1 star, so I gave a 2 star review. Booked a massage for my fiancée (Erika) for Valentine’s Day; she recently had a baby and we were really excited. For $99, not exactly fair that they only gave a 45 minute massage when we paid for a full hour. Wouldn’t recommend to go back in all honesty unfortunately sadly. After the experience, they called for the review, and when I left a negative review with my actual experience (which I texted them as well), they never followed up. It seems as though they only want to receive good reviews…kind of sad that this was supposed to be Erika’s Valentine’s Day gift.

I had a lackluster experience my first time. The staff went above and beyond to get me back in and offer me a free massage with a much better experience. I appreciate their efforts to satisfy my massage needs and Carida was great!
