I just had a 90 minute massage with Tracy- She is by far the most exceptional massage therapist I've had ever! I've been going to her for years and I followed her from Hand and stone in Ocean-Her pressure is firm, but knowing and that to me is very important for overall well-being in health. I'm 58 years old and I've believed in massage for health for many many reasons and not just to feel good but overall well-being and movement and Tracy always finds the spot that I need to keep me moving! The staff at massage Heights is exceptional. Karen knows her business and is kind and courteous, sweet and funny and very efficient. I had such a wonderful experience with Dawn! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained everything she was doing throughout the facial, which I really appreciated. The facial itself was incredibly soothing and my skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. Dawn's technique is gentle but very effective, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about skincare, I highly recommend Dawn S. I will be back for another treatment with her!

Not a customer friendly establishment. Their sole focus is on protecting their dollar and they have no problem screwing over the client to do so. I had an incident during Covid where they unfroze my account unknowingly and refused to work with me. Recently, I was gifted a 90 minute Groupon massage and because I was a member six years ago, they will not accept my Groupon. There are so many wonderful massage places in the area. I highly recommend avoiding this one.

I have been a member at Massage heights for many years, but my appt felt a little different yesterday 9/12/25 I was greeted by Karen, and Francine my therapist she brought me right back and I had the most relaxing massage I have ever had. From the phone call to confirm to the moment I left, it was the easiest, courteous and most relaxing time I have had in a long time. I love all of the employees that I know there but Karen and Francine are exceptional. Thank you for always being professional and inviting when I come in!!

This place is incredibly unprofessional! I made an appointment with a groupon and they called a week later to tell me they wouldn’t accept my groupon which was after groupon’s return policy so I was unable to get a refund for my groupon even though I was able to make the appointment to begin with. Then I decided to make the appointment through them directly anyway and explained to multiple people multiple times that this was a surprise for my husband and somehow they texted him multiple times and my husband not knowing that he had the appointment canceled because they reached out to him and they refused to give us our appointment back. I am DUMBFOUNDED by this experience. NEVER GO HER!!!! I worked with Karen multiple times and she is HORRIBLE!!!
