As a gift to my sister we both had a messages at massage heights in mission Viejo.i had Vivian and my sister had Susan and we both an exceptional experience. They both had so much experience and knowledge of the body and hit all the right area's i needed work on. Very very good i would recommend either one of them. I made another appointment for next week to work out some other painful spots.

I’ve been a paying member for a significant period of time, spending hundreds of dollars per month, and my experience has been consistently poor. My decision to leave is based on repeated, firsthand issues, including: • rude and unprofessional front-desk interactions, • chronic scheduling problems and administrative disorganization • confusing and inconsistent billing practices • a general lack of professionalism that makes even simple requests unnecessarily difficult. Despite multiple good-faith attempts to address these issues, nothing improved. Each visit felt more frustrating than restorative, which completely defeats the purpose of a service meant to support wellness and recovery. It was my first time here and I had an extremely pleasant experience. The location is perfect with plenty of parking, and they were right on time for my appointment. My massage therapist, Christina, was amazing — her deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. The front desk staff was also incredibly friendly and kind. I ended up signing up for a membership and I’m looking forward to my monthly massages!

Both my massage therapist and facial professional were amazing. My massage was exactly how I needed It. It was a true deep tissue/sports massage She didn’t waste any time getting inside those muscle muscles My facial was very relaxing, and I learned a lot about taking care of my skin She was super sweet Overall, a wonderful experience I would go again
