Such a relaxing attentive time. Carsyn was amazing and very attentive to my changing skin needs, even though I didn't say anything. She totally nailed my perimenopausal skin. I called ahead and was told by the woman on the phone that they had availability either in 3 minutes or at 5 pm. I said I could come in immediately and even mentioned that if it took me about 8 minutes to get there, I was fine with having a shorter session. She specifically said she checked with the massage therapist and confirmed it was okay. I drove over right away, only to be told by a different front desk person that they could not accommodate me and that the only option was 5 pm. There was zero effort to understand the situation or acknowledge that I had driven there based on what I was told on the phone. It felt like they just wanted me out. I had an excellent experience at Massage Heights! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional. Rebekah took the time to do a quick assessment before starting, which I really appreciated. She asked thoughtful questions and tailored the session exactly to what my body needed. I like a firm massage, and she delivered perfectly — applying just the right amount of pressure to work out all my aches and pains without overdoing it. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. You can tell she really knows her craft and cares about providing the best treatment possible. Danielle has been amazing! I use to have Rebecca who did an amazing job as well but schedule hasn’t worked out for us to be able to schedule her. However, Danielle has over exceeded my expectations and always listens to what I need. I leave satisfied with a great sleep! I recommend her!

Kate was absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend her as a massage therapist in north county if you’re an athlete as she is very knowledgeable and intuitive with her techniques depending on what care you need!
