Massage Heights Decatur

Hello today I visited Massage Heights in Decatur and I was greeted by staff with open arms. I went to back and before I begin massage I had to use the bathroom. When I come back from the bathroom the masseuse tell me she don’t feel comfortable doing massage because she believed I would fall asleep. So I was confused I then asked what are you saying she explained that she smelled marijuana and she was uncomfortable doing massage and I had to reschedule. My thought and process of this was discrimination because I don’t smoke and because I smell like something you basically turn down the service. So the manager wasn’t aware of her turning me down so they asked did I still want service but she was the only person available and no nothing happen to this young lady who denied me service so pleas

I experimented with the lymphatic body suit recommended by my wife who gets massages on a regular basic. The owner was very helpful and was testing out the suit as I was one of the first to use it. Love it! Helped with swelling in the lower extremities and felt really nice as it gently pushes the fluid up. You use the pants first, the the top jacket. Definitely would do it again.

Sakari is DIVINE! I cannot even begin to describe how in tune she is with the body’s need for healing in every way. Between her and management, they have been incredible over the last few months. Excellent communication and flexibility. Highly recommend. (But don’t take up too many of my Sakari time y’all lol)

I am not a person who generally enjoys massages. I have come to that conclusion after trying out various spas expensive and inexpensive. However, I have been dealing with significant stress and decided to schedule a massage. My massage therapist was Norman. He has over 20 years of experience. I can honestly say that was the best massage I have ever had!! I will definitely rebook with him and refer him to friends and family.

Rodney did a great job in my problem areas which I told him about, and I am pleased that he listens well. I enjoyed the heated table and hot stones. The sheets felt very luxurious! I think I almost fell asleep during my massage as it was therapeutic and calming. I liked the eucalyptus scent which he also asked my preference at the beginning. Thanks for a lovely massage!
