From the moment I stepped into the spa, my massage therapist Veronica made me feel at home, exuding a warmth that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, ensuring that she understood my needs and preferences for the session. Her attentiveness was remarkable—every touch was mindful and purposeful, showing she truly cared about my comfort and relaxation. It was clear that she wanted me to have the best experience possible, and that personal connection made the massage not just a treatment, but a soothing retreat. I left feeling rejuvenated, not just physically, but emotionally refreshed as well, all thanks to her thoughtful approach.

My experience at Massage Heights (25845 Northwest fwy) was underwhelming to see the least. I’ve had a few massages before and they delivered not even the bare minimum. My therapist showed up almost 30 minutes late. She was highly recommended during the booking process 48 hours before my appointment so I specifically changed the day and time in anticipation of a great massage. This was not the case. There were no pleasantries, no introduction, no questions to find out where my trouble areas are and a plan to address them. At the end of the massage, there was no offering of water, there was no advice, post massage , so I question why she was recommended and why I waited for her. 1 star for many of reasons Reason #1: You would like a massage place would be clean and tidy. This place is not. The bathrooms are always a mess. Everything always seems out of place or broken. (pic below as a minor reference) Reason #2: The front test is ran by nothing but kids. They seem like deer in the headlights when asked a question. Very uneducated about the retreat. Reason #3: The management is poor. I am a family friend of other members of this establishment. When a problem surfaces, they approach the situation completely wrong. Who hired these managers? I have never experienced such unprofessional, uneducated staff. On that note, I hope this review helps others choose wisely. I do believe ME is just across the street💜

Let me start off by saying that Connie is my new massage therapist! I booked her for a deep tissue massage, and it was AMAZING! I have had a membership here for over two years, and I was about to cancel because I could not find a person that does a good job, I have pretty high standards. Three of my pet peeves are: -jolting motions versus smooth, transitioning strokes -Loud shoes (squeaky) or hard stepping throughout the entire Massage….this should not be allowed as it takes away from the experience. It stresses me out. -Talking and keep checking in asking me how it’s going. I like silence, since this is supposed to be a silent and relaxing experience. I went in on June 28th, around 7pm. I still have muscles aches and pains from the massage. The masseuse was talking the ENTIRE time to me about her personal life. I wanted to go get a message to relax, no to play therapist for someone else. In return I started venting to her because I just wanted her to stop talking. She clearly didn’t like that because she couldn’t wait to get me out of there towards the end. I get that we all have things going on in our lives but it just felt like an energy dump from her. Very disappointed with the service….I will not be returning to any massage heights ever again.
