She truly listens to my needs and concerns every time, tailors the session accordingly, and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire massage. Her skill, professionalism, and attention to detail set her apart. Massage Heights would be even better if they had more therapists like Liala on their staff. OMG! Great is an understatement. Jacklyn listened to EVERY word I said and when I tell you she listened I mean I have explained my back pain for years, YEARS and nobody has EVER understood. She took time and patience to locate that pain and I was so happy I laughed lol I was like “ you did it!” I will forever sing her praises and tell you if you want to literally walk straighter and feel relief go to Jacklyn! Madison was incredible at listening to what I needed and pairing me with the perfect therapist Keith. He worked absolute magic on my back! I walked out feeling both deeply relaxed and surprisingly energized, which I didn’t even know was possible. Keith made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session, and I really felt like he cared about my concerns and tailored everything to what my body needed. Orlando did an amazing job with my massage. I needed some shoulder/upper back work, and he delivered, my shoulders and upper back feel brand new. His communication was on point and his pressure and techniques were awesome. I would highly recommend Orlando if you are wanting an amazing massage.
